Current Scams

We've had recent reports of scammers calling and texting members claiming to be Revity Credit Union. These individuals are attempting to obtain your sensitive information in order to access your online accounts.  These actions are designed to trick you into providing your sign-on, password, and other information so they can gain access. We do not want you to fall victim to these scams.

Please look out for these red flags:

  • If someone asks for the type of information mentioned above.

  • If you receive a text message with a link, do not click on it.

  • Anything that seems odd and out of the ordinary.

  • Please remember, we will never ask for personal information such as your social security number, credit card number, user name, password, etc.

What should I do now?

When these situations occur, please contact the credit union immediately to speak to one of our Member Service Representatives. We are here to help you.

How do I further protect my account?

Monitoring your accounts on a regular basis is a good habit.  We also strongly recommend that all users sign up for text messaging for a more secure login.  This will alert you whenever there is a login to your account.  You may also set up further alerts on your account that will notify you of activity.  You can find these mobile alerts under the “Accounts” header in Online Banking
